Leo’s Birthday Story: Where Human Connection Meets Planning

This story is authentic and was shared by Fatim-Zahra, our Collection Manager.

"Last March, a worried mother named Sarah walked into our boutique. She had recently moved to Marrakech and was organizing a 5th birthday party for her son, Leo, who is obsessed with animals. She had rented a villa with a stunning garden near the Palmeraie, but she was stuck.

She told me: 'Fatim-Zahra, I want it to be magical, like in the magazines. But all I can find are basic paper napkins or overpriced decorations that won't hold up in the heat.'

We sat down for a tea. She showed me a photo of Leo wearing an explorer’s hat. That’s when I realized: he didn't just need plates with animals on them; he needed an immersion. I shared my own experience of organizing garden parties exposed to the Atlas winds.

Together, we created an 'Urban Safari' plan. I advised Sarah to use kraft tablecloths for a rustic touch and to secure the lightweight decor. Most importantly, we selected our premium Safari collection: sturdy lion-shaped disposable plates, recyclable bamboo straws, and tropical leaf garlands designed to withstand the breeze."

Leo’s birthday was a total success. Sarah sent us a photo of Leo in his explorer hat, sipping from his Safari cup, surrounded by laughing friends.
